The Theistic Satanist Wiki is an independent online reference project published and administered through The High Satanic Church. The organisational description above follows the Church’s current public legal notice. If that status changes, this page and the privacy/terms pages should be revised to match the new structure.

The wiki does not claim a separate incorporated jurisdiction, registered branch, or special court-selection clause. Applicable mandatory law depends on the circumstances of the activity, processing, contributor, visitor, and service providers involved. Nothing on this page removes rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
Copyright and source licences
Original site design, software integration, editorial text, and organizational material are protected according to the rights held by their respective authors/publishers. Images, quotations, archival documents, and source material can carry separate licences or public-domain status; individual article credits should be consulted. A source link or citation does not transfer ownership to the wiki.
