1. Encyclopedia, not professional advice

The wiki is a reference and editorial project. Content may discuss religion, history, occultism, ritual, organizations, health claims found in historical sources, legal controversies, and other sensitive subjects. It is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Inclusion describes a subject; it does not necessarily endorse a claim, source, person, organization, practice, or worldview.

2. Accuracy, revisions and uncertainty

The operator and contributors aim to improve accuracy, sourcing and attribution, but a living wiki can contain mistakes, incomplete material, outdated statements, disputed interpretations, broken links, or user-submitted errors. Readers should inspect citations and revision history where accuracy matters. Content can be corrected, moved, protected, unpublished, or removed.

3. Accounts and security

Contributor access may rely on a connected Church account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with moderation, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape restricted member information, or use automated requests in a way that degrades the service.

4. Contributions

By submitting an edit, discussion post, media item, or other contribution, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that doing so does not unlawfully disclose another person’s private information or infringe third-party rights. Unless a separate contribution licence is published for a specific namespace or media item, you grant The High Satanic Church a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, adapt for technical/editorial purposes, display, distribute, archive, and preserve the contribution as necessary to operate and maintain the wiki. You retain rights you otherwise hold in your original contribution.

Third-party quotations, images and sources remain subject to their own copyright and licence terms. Contributors must record source/credit/licence information where the editor provides fields for it.

5. Editorial and moderation authority

The operator may review, edit, revert, protect, merge, move, unpublish, or remove content for accuracy, sourcing, safety, privacy, copyright, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or editorial scope. Contributor privileges can be limited or revoked where necessary to protect the service or its users. Editorial status, featured placement, or popularity metrics do not establish factual truth.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use the service to distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, unlawful personal-data disclosures, targeted harassment, threats, illegal content, copyright infringement, deceptive impersonation, access-control bypasses, or automated traffic intended to disrupt service. Research, criticism, documentation, or historical discussion of harmful topics is not prohibited merely because the topic itself is sensitive.

7. External services and links

The wiki can link to third-party sources and may use external authentication/security services. The operator does not control external content, availability, privacy practices, or security. Opening an external source sends a request to that external service under its own terms.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an evolving basis. Features, APIs, article structure, moderation processes, analytics, and these terms may change. The operator may suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every page will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer/data-protection rights.

10. Applicable rules and contact

The wiki does not assert a separate incorporated jurisdiction, registered branch, or exclusive court-selection clause. The Church’s current legal & organisational notice describes an informal, fully online congregation rather than a separate registered legal entity. Applicable mandatory law remains the law that applies to the relevant activity, person, processing, or service relationship; nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
